When do you release new products?

We release new products every Wednesday at 12pm AEST. We offer new pieces, new prints and/or new colours. All new release details are sent via email (join our mailing list here to keep in the loop) for sneak peeks make sure you join our Facebook Group.

Where can I try on your clothes?

We are 100% online and do not have a boutique yet!! (Stay posted...) We have a wonderful returns policy which you can use to purchase and try on in the comfort of your home with the knowledge that returning items that do not fit is an option (items marked final sale cannot be returned).

How do I use my welcome code?

Your welcome code can be entered into the 'Gift card or discount code' box at checkout. Please make sure you include all words, letters and numbers. The welcome code amount will be removed from your total before you pay.

Can I change my order once I have placed it?

Once your order has been dispatched changes are no longer possible however if you are yet to receive your dispatch notification we may be able to assist. Simply reach out to our Customer Care Team at service@editorialdirectionllc.com

Can I save an item in my cart to purchase at a later date?

Unfortunately items in your cart are not held.  You are not guaranteed the item selected until you have completed check out.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! You can order a gift card for the amount that you wish here.

All gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be for any value you wish. They are a great way to surprise and delight someone you love.

Do you offer store credit?

Yes, store credit is offered as an option during our online returns process. 

Store credit codes are valid 6 months from date of issue and need to be applied by you prior to check out in order to apply.

Why is my promotional code not applying my discount?

Only one discount code can be applied in any one transaction. (Click here to view the terms and conditions of individual promotions for more information.)

If you have tried to enter a second discount code, it may have overridden the first promotional code. Re-enter the one code you wish to use, or if the promotion discount is applied automatically, empty your cart and start your order again. 

How accurate is your representation of garment's colour/s?

We're working very hard to make sure that our photography and video shows a true representation of garment's colour/s and print. Our garments are photographed and filmed in different locations within lighting that can sometimes result in different colour representation. Please note that some colours may display differently depending on the type of screen you are using and the space you are viewing it in.
